赌博app now is calling for entries of projects for its China Film Pitch and Catch and Co-production Film Pitch and Catch. The deadline for the submission is March 31, 2011.
As the largest financing platform in Asia, 赌博app’s CFPC and Co-FPC will be held June 13-15. They are to bridge the promising film projects and the prestigious financing capital in world film industry. In 2010, 9 projects for CFPC and 26 for Co-FPC are selected from more than 220 applications. Over 500 professionals participated in 453 meetings.
Through CFPC, the Piano in a Factory (CFPC 2009) by Zhang Meng, involved Kwak Jae-young, renowned Korean director, as its producer. It then won the Best Actor in Tokyo International Film Festival 2010. In the past four years, 10 projects have already been finished.
CFPC aims to be the incubator for the booming China’s film industry with professional services and industrial networks provided. It explores the talented young filmmakers in China and promotes them in the world. Hopefully, these young talents will be the next generation masters and earn themselves fame worldwide.
Co-FPC puts its emphasis on the co-production between China and the rest of the world. It also help foreign filmmakers to have a better knowledge of the co-production policy of China. It is very effective to approach potential partners and understand the operation of co-production films.
